Arnold Broussard – Founder & Principal
Arnold Broussard brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction and property services industry. A proud native of Beaumont, Texas, Arnold began his professional journey in service to his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving from 1983 to 1989 in Amphibious Tanks.
In 1992, Arnold launched Broussard and Co. in California, where he managed multi-family housing developments for a non-profit organization. His early work laid the foundation for what would become a life-long mission: to build quality properties and give back to the community in the process.
Arnold has been instrumental in the construction and remodeling of numerous residential properties across Texas, always emphasizing craftsmanship, honesty, and care. With more than 60 years of combined industry experience behind his company, he continues to lead by example—focusing on delivering real value through service.
When he’s not managing projects or guiding the team, Arnold is a devoted family man who enjoys volunteering and assisting in his local community. His personal values of service, integrity, and dedication are woven into everything Broussard & Broussard Companies LLC stands for today.
